User Manager

User Manager manages the application’s authenticated users, authorization groups, IdPs, and group affiliation settings. One user manager is given per execution environment. Applications deployed in the execution environment are managed through a common authentication.

• Separate authentication for each application in the execution environment can be achieved by assigning a group to the application
• To configure automatic group affiliation upon sign-up, please go to the group affiliation settings
• For external authentication, configure IdP

Separate authentication for each application in the execution environment can be achieved by assigning a group to the application.

On the other hand, application authorization control is done by groups. Users registered with the User Manager can belong to any group. Groups can be set up for applications, UIs, and components to control access to applications, UIs, and components.
