Resource Info

Clicking on the "Config and Monitoring" icon in the side menu will take you to the Resource Info view of the execution environment. Resource Info allows you to do the following.

Checking resource usage of the execution environment

Resources

You can check the resource usage status of the execution environment.

Resources	Usage
Users	Number of registered users / Number of contracted users
REQUESTS	Number of used requests/contracted requests
FILE STORAGE	Size used/contracted size
DATABASE STORAGE	Size used/contracted size
EMAIL	Number of e-mails sent/contracted e-mails available for sending
AI Credit	Number of AI credits used / Number of AI credits subscribed

The display color changes according to usage.

For free execution environment

Usage	Display color
0%-79.99%	Green
80%-100%	Red

For Premium Execution Environment

Usage	Display color
0%-49.99%	Green
50%-89.99%	Orange
90%-100%	Red

Alert Notification

When using the Premium Execution Environment, alert notifications are sent according to usage status. Notification alerts will be sent to the owner of the Premium Execution Environment via e-mail and notification alerts at the following timing.

AI Credit	Send email/notification - Alert notification when usage reaches 90% - Alert notification when usage reaches 100%.

Request Details

A detailed breakdown of the number of used requests can be viewed.

Items	Description
No	The number of requests is displayed in order of percentage of requests.
Legend Color	Identifies the color of the displayed pie chart.
App Type	Allows you to confirm the application type.
Application	Allows you to confirm the application ID.
Number of requests	Number of requests is displayed.
Percentage (%)	One can check the ratio of the number of app requests/total requests.

AI Credit Details

Allows you to see a breakdown of the number of AI credits used.

Type

Item	Description
No	AI credit utilization percentages are displayed in this order.
Legend color	Identifies the color of the displayed pie chart.
Type	Able to confirm the AI type.
Credit	Check AI credit usage by type.
Percentage (%)	Check the ratio of AI credits used/total AI credits used for each AI type.

Account

Type	Description
No	AI credit utilization percentages are displayed in this order.
Legend Color	Identifies the color of the pie chart shown.
User	Check user’s email for AI credits.
Credit	Check the amount of AI credits used by each user.
Percentage (%)	Check the ratio of AI credits used per user/total AI credits used per user.

Transition Chart

The ratio of one app request to the total number of requests can be checked.

Resource Usage History

Past resource usage can be checked by selecting the month in the upper right corner of “Resource Usage History”.

Item	Description
Monthly Usage	Select the month of use you wish to check. Default is the current previous month. You can select up to one past 1 year (12 months).
Resource Usage	Displays the following monthly usage * Users * Requests * File Storage * Database Storage * Email * Number of AI credits used
