User Menu

The User Menu is a menu that is activated from the avatar icon in the side menu and contains the following contents:

Menu	Description
Account Settings	- Profile: View and edit user information. - Multi-factor authentication: Set ON/OFF for multi-factor authentication. - Change Password: Change the password for your account. - New Purchase Request: Apply for a new purchase or upgrade of an existing plan.
Language	Select Japanese or English language.
Manual	View online manual
Purchase Request	Display the “New Purchase Request” screen in the Account Settings.

Tips

If user fails to change password more than 5 times in an hour in [Account Settings] - [Change Password], the password change will be locked after 1 hour.
