Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from the service on the editor.
This feature was added in v4.2.0.

Note

• Customers who currently have an execution environment contract cannot unsubscribe. In order to unsubscribe, ownership must be transferred to another user.
• For changes to the contract holder, please contact our support.

How to Unsubscribe

Follow the steps below to delete your WebPerformer-NX account and related information, and unsubscribe from the service.

1. Click the [user icon at the bottom left] and select [Account Settings].
2. Select [Delete Account] to display the service unsubscription screen.
3. Review the message displayed on the service unsubscription screen and take action as necessary.
4. If you agree to unsubscribe from the service, enter “アカウント削除” in the text input field.
5. Also check the checkbox.
6. Click the [Delete Account] button.
7. The service unsubscription is complete when the unsubscription completion dialog is displayed.

Note

• It will be possible to register an account again with the email address used to unsubscribe from the service.
• Even if you sign in with that account, you will not be able to access the deleted data.

Data That Will Be Deleted

The following data will be deleted upon service unsubscription:

• User profile
• Application definitions
• Deployed applications
• Repositories
• App Library
• Database Manager data
• File Manager data
• User Manager data

Note

• If you want to continue using created repositories and App Library resources, you need to transfer ownership to another user.

• If you want to completely delete created repositories and App Library resources as well, please delete all shared user information.
