Customers who are currently subscribed to the Execution Environment cannot cancel their membership. All subscriptions must be cancelled in order to cancel membership.

Processing after unsubscription

Once your membership is canceled by our support, all data about you and any data you have created will be deleted. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
