Sign In
Signing in to the service is done through ID/PWD authentication. In addition, multi-factor authentication with smartphones is recommended to improve customer security.
ID/PWD Authentication
The ID (email address) and password are used to authenticate to the service. If you signed in by checking the Automatically Sign In box next time, you can skip signing in next time. Sign-in is required after 14 days of no access.
Multi-factor Authentication
Authentication can be strengthened using a smartphone authentication application.
Multi-factor authentication can be configured at any time from the avatar menu in the lower left corner of the development screen.
How to register
Select "Avatar Menu"
> "Account Settings"
> "Multifactor Authentication"
in the lower left corner. Click the "Setup"
button in the screen. Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the registration in the next step.
- Install the authentication software on your smartphone and register the registration code (2D Code) displayed on the authentication software.
- Enter the confirmation code (6 digits) displayed on the authentication software and click the
"Verify"
button. - Click the
"MFA Confirmation and Activation"
button to complete registration.
Supported Authentication Software
The following software has been verified as an authenticator for two-step verification. Follow the manuals of the respective software for instructions on how to use it.

Authentication Method
The multi-factor authentication method is as follows:
- After successful authentication with ID/PWD, you will be asked to enter a verification code for multi-factor authentication.
- Enter the confirmation code (6 digits) displayed on your smartphone’s authentication software.
- If the verification code is successfully verified, sign-in is successful.
How to reset multi-factor authentication settings
If for some reason you have deleted the settings of the authentication software you were using, you will not be able to perform multi-factor authentication and will not be able to sign in to the service.
If this happens, please follow the steps below to reset the multi-factor authentication settings.
- On the service sign-in screen, enter your e-mail address and click the
"Next"
button. - On the password entry screen, click the
"Forgot Password?"
link. - Enter the email address, and the password reset process will be performed.
- After the password reset process, set up multi-factor authentication.
